MONTH OF CO-ORDINATION
$2400.00
The Month Of Co-Ordination approach is for those couples who prefer to handle most of the planning themselves but who would like a distraction free wedding day. This service offers couples the reassurance of having a professional wedding planner pull together the final arrangements, take over as point of contact and manage the day you have so carefully planned.
After an initial consultation upon booking, this service typically starts 4–6 weeks prior to wedding day and includes 25 hours of consultation time. After receiving a full brief on the design details, running order and suppliers for your day — along with any other pertinent information — I take the lead ensuring you can sit back and relax both on the day and the weeks leading up to it.
FULL WEDDING PLANNING
*10% of wedding budget, minimum fee applies
This approach gives couples the freedom to enjoy the best bits of wedding planning by taking the logistics off your hands and collaborating over design. Couples still make final decisions, but use my expertise, skills and industry knowledge to create a day that is perfect for you.
It starts with a complimentary consultation, during which I will learn about your plans and needs, and you will get an insight into how I work. From there we will then start to develop your vision and talk investment. Areas of support include venue and supplier recommendation and management, mood board creation, design and styling advise, budget management, scheduling and wedding day set up and co-ordination.
PAY AS YOU PLAN
*$150 for first 2 hours, $60 each additional hour
This consultancy option is perfect for couples who envisage doing 90% of the planning themselves, but would like additional support at various stages of the process. Couples who opt for the Month Of Planning Package can also use this service if they feel they need additional support during the planning journey.
This can be anything from helping to define your wedding vision, venue or supplier search, budget planning, rental order or styling suggestions.
